- Each Wednesday in Lent, at First UMC, Cuyahoga Falls, , beginning February 29 there will be a Sermon on the Mount Bible study at 6:30 to 7:15 pm. - During Lent on Thursdays, First Church organist, H. Dean Wagner is presenting a half hour organ concert, “Musique de jeudi,” or Thursday music, during Lent on Thursdays from noon – 12:30 pm in the Sanctuary, beginning February 23 through April 5. Feel free to bring a sack lunch to eat in our Asbury Hall before or after the concerts. - There is a new class this year at Weekday Christian Preschool at First UMC, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls which has begun registering for the 2012/13 school year. Children must be 3,4, or 5 years old by September 30, 2012 and be fully potty trained. Preschool days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday and children may attend either a morning class (9:15 – 11:45 am) or an afternoon class (12:30 – 2:50 pm.)
